Service

EPVM2

Unlike it’s predecessor the EPVM2 Vertebral Mobiliser handset does not require servicing, the main unit also does not require servicing other than the removal of water from the water traps on the back of the machine from time to time depending on the humidity of the operating environment.

Although no servicing is required after extended use the handset may require maintenance or repair due to wear and tear, Theraflex will normally have courtesy handsets available which can be dispatched by special delivery so that appointments do not need to be cancelled while the handset is repaired but we would ask that these are returned as soon as the repaired handset is received as we have a limited supply of them.

All the parts within the handset and main unit can be repaired and this is undertaken by our sister company Medical Pneumatics Ltd, you will find their contact details on the Contact page.

EPVM1

Many EPVM1 machines are still in use, Theraflex continues to support these undertaking repairs and servicing, however the controls valves in the handset are no longer available and in the unlikely event that these need replacing we will be unable to do so, in this case we may be able to covert it to a Hybrid handset, this uses all the working parts from the new type handset but retains the body and controls from the old one so that it is compatible with the old unit.

These repairs and modifications are also undertaken by our sister company Medical Pneumatics Ltd, you will find their contact details on the Contact page.
